AGM Reminder & club roles for consideration

This is a reminder that the Swindon CC 175th Annual General Meeting is to be held on Wednesday 5th December at 7p.m. in the Pavilion. All club members (including colts members and their parents) are encouraged to attend. In the run up to the AGM, please see attached the club structure chart and some volunteer role descriptions. This chart shows what a big operation SCC is and that we have a fantastic group of hard working volunteers and helpers, who are part of the reason we continue to achieve great things and drive the club forwards at pace.

It also shows in RED where we have current or upcoming vacancies to fill. These vacancies are wide and varied – could YOU help fill any of these roles? This could include helping to fill a role with someone outside of the current club membership who you think fits the bill, would bring fresh ideas and perspectives to the table and would relish the chance to be part of a vibrant community sports club.

• Could you captain a side?
• Could you help coach or manage a junior side that your child plays for?
• Could you spare time to help organise some of our social or fundraising events?
• Could you provide ad-hoc support to our bar team?

Any new volunteers will be fully supported and there are membership perks for certain roles too.
