MEMBERS – You are kindly invited to attend the 175th Annual General Meeting of Swindon Cricket Club, to be held in the Pavilion on Wednesday 5th December starting at 7.00pm. All members are encouraged to attend. The Agenda includes: Apologies for absence, Minutes of previous AGM, Matters arising from previous meeting, Annual reports, Financial statement, Election of Officers, Changes to the Constitution and any other business.

In preparation for the meeting proposed updates to the clubs constitution have been made. Please contact Daniel Harris (danielharris84@googlemail.com) for a copy. These changes are to be voted on at the AGM. This is being proposed in order to modernise an outdated constitution, provide clarity to members and better reflect the current functioning of the club. An updated five-year plan is also available, which outlines some great achievements and a vision for the club over the coming years. Comments are welcome.

It is YOUR club and the AGM is a great opportunity for you to see, comment on and shape how the club runs. It will also hopefully outline the out of sight work that the committee put into progressing Swindon Cricket Club.
