Asked to bowl first by the Box skipper, Josh Weaver and Sam Husband hit decent areas but were unable to get past the very defensive Plowright.

Scott McNeil and Connor O'Shea then produced a good partnership of 18 overs, 7 maidens 38 runs and 4 wickets. This left Wahab Khalid and Dan Harris to mop up the tail. Dan taking 2 for 10 runs from his 2.2 overs.

The run chase got off to a great start, Dan Baker and Sean Parker getting past 50 before the fall of the first wicket. John Baden with his 2nd 50 of the season and Liam Tucker got us to within 9 runs of the Box total.
