After selling out every year to date, our annual Family Fireworks and Bonfire night returns for its fifth year at the County Cricket Ground (next to STFC) – supported by local business All Set Security who cater for all your alarm, CCTV and access control needs - https://allsetsecurity.co.uk

We love putting on an event specifically tailored to those with children and are looking forward to hosting you again for a fun and spectacular evening. Wrap up warm and enjoy music from the DJ, rides for the kids and a roaring bonfire followed by our family-friendly fireworks display. The oohs and aahs shall be delivered by the professional display company Distant Thunder with local restaurants The Ridge and Fiesta De Cuba serving up food and cocktails.

The details:

Gates open at 5pm to soak up the atmosphere
Family-friendly music will be played by our DJ from the pavilion, who will also light up the night
Fun-fair rides will provide further entertainment for the kids - alongside sweet treats by Scarrots Circus
Our bar will be open, serving alcohol for adults and soft drinks and hot drinks to all
Our professional catering partners The Ridge (burgers, hot dogs, chips) & Fiesta De Cuba (burritos - chicken, pork, veg) will provide hot food from 5pm and will be serving a selection of cocktails also
The bonfire will be lit and then we will enjoy the main event and big fireworks show
We will remain open afterwards for a more relaxed bonfire atmosphere and dancing along to the DJs tunes
Disabled parking only will be made available on the night, you will not be able to access the site via vehicle without a blue badge
We are operating as a card/contactless only venue on the night

Any monies raised on the night will be used to help grow Swindon Cricket Club. We are a sports club at the heart of the community that exist to offer sporting, volunteering and social opportunities for all.

We will not be committing to bonfire lighting or fireworks launch timings in advance of the evening. We will follow similar timings to previous years. It is subject to the conditions and advice of the technical safety team by Distant Thunder.
