There isn’t long to wait until we get started again, as the junior and senior pre-seasons start early in 2026. Head coach Wayne, supported by our volunteer coaches, is keen to get started and get our players of all ages in the groove before the season begins.

New players of all ages (8 years old through to adults), of all abilities, are always welcome at Swindon CC. If you or your child would like to join a club at the heart of Swindon, with their own ground, net facilities and a small army of ECB qualified coaches, please contact us at swindoncricketclub@gmail.com.

Juniors
Who: Under 9s to Under 16s
Where: Cricklade Manor Prep School, Calcutt St, Cricklade, Swindon, SN6 6BB.
When: Saturday 31st January - Saturday 4th April
U9s and new U11s - 13:00-14:00
U11s and U13 development players - 14:00-15:30
U13s (experienced) & U16s - 15:30 - 17:00
If you are unsure what session your child should attend, please make contact via the age group whatsapp group (note that these will be updated to reflect new age groups) or email below. Sessions will be put on Pitchero in early 2026. It is a great help to our coaches if you can indicate in Pitchero if you are attending.
Cost: TBC, but we will endeavour to keep them as low as possible.

Seniors
Who: Sessions are split between 1st XI squad (by invite only) and all senior players and those in U15s or above with aspirations to play senior cricket. Lower age players by invite/request only.
Where: Croft Sports Centre, Marlborough Lane, Swindon, Wiltshire, SN3 1RA.
When: 8th Jan, 22nd Jan, 3rd Feb, 17th Feb - 20:30-22:00 1st XI squad
15th Jan, 29th Jan, 10th Feb - 20:30-22:00 All players
Cost: TBC, but we will endeavour to keep them as low as possible.
Unfortunately due to hall availability we have been unable to secure a suitable venue in March for the seniors as it stands, but are investigating alternative options and will let club members know in due course.
