The 2026 SCC Awards Night presentation once again saw the pavilion packed out as players from the Under 9s through to the 1st XI come together.

The awards night captured the whole spirit of the season — the performances, the people, and the moments that made it memorable. To see photos from the evening and of our award winners, click HERE.

The evening opened with a warm welcome and a nod to everyone who contributed, from juniors to seniors, players to coaches, volunteers to bar helpers.

The night run through thanks to our amazing sponsors, monthly award winners, youth and senior overviews, and the big Honours Boards showcasing standout batting and bowling performances across the club. There was also time to recognise players and volunteers that have received external recognition/honours.

From there, the presentation moved into the main awards: firstly, all Under 9s were awarded participation medals, all girls were awarded medals and then bowling and batting winners across age groups and senior teams were handed out. Our bowlers had the pleasure of receiving their awards from ex England Player and Coach Jon Lewis, who was plucked from the crowd.

Following that we recognised our coach of the season, coaches’ player awards, and the headline honours — Youth Player of the Season, Player of the Season, and the Chairman’s Award.

Thanks to all that attended and made it a memorable evening and congratulations to all the award winners. For those that were unable to make it, please reach out to arrange collection of your trophies from the club.

One club. One season. Many memories.
